A male suction strainer that fits the intake end of a pump line, screening out stones, weed, silt and other debris before they reach the impeller. Used wherever the suction end sits in untreated water: lagoons, ditches, rivers, reservoirs and open storage tanks.
The male ball end couples into any matching female lever lock socket, held by the lever ring on the female half. No tools, no threads, and the ball and socket geometry tolerates a degree of misalignment, which matters when the strainer is lying at an angle on a bank or riverbed rather than square to the hose. Perforations are 20mm, so check that figure against what your pump can pass before ordering.
Galvanised steel throughout, built for repeated deployment and recovery in agriculture, dewatering, civil engineering, slurry work and flood response. Bauer compatible, so it will couple to existing kit without adapters.
