The Urano HD Super is a heavy-duty spiral suction and delivery hose from IPL, featuring a blue PVC-P outer construction with a red anti-abrasive TPU inner liner, delivering the best-in-class abrasion resistance of the Urano range. The anti-shock rigid PVC spiral reinforcement provides excellent resistance to vacuum, crushing, and kinking. Smooth inner surface minimises frictional loss.
Designed for the suction and discharge of abrasive substances including slurry, sand, cement, and gravel in construction and general industrial applications. The TPU liner, up to 2.2mm thick, provides exceptional wear resistance for demanding bulk material handling environments.
An antistatic version is available on request for applications where static dissipation is required.
The Urano HD Super features a thicker TPU liner of up to 2.2mm and a blue PVC-P outer, making it the heavier duty option for the most severe abrasion conditions. For lighter duty applications see the IPL Urano PU.
