A complete DIN 11851 hygienic union manufactured for food, dairy, beverage, brewing and other sanitary process applications. DIN unions provide a secure, crevice-free connection that can be quickly dismantled for cleaning, inspection or maintenance. Suitable for both metric and imperial hygienic tube systems.
Each DIN union assembly consists of four parts:
- Round slotted nut
- Weld liner
- Weld male
- Hygienic seal
All wetted parts are manufactured in 316 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance and hygienic performance, whilst the slotted nut is 304 stainless steel as standard. Commonly used across hygienic pipework systems where regular disassembly and cleaning is required.
