The Alfagomma 405LE is a 10 bar suction and delivery hose designed for the transfer of liquid and fat food products and alcoholic beverages. It features a white NBR inner tube with a blue NBR/PVC cover offering resistance to abrasion, ozone and oil.
Reinforced with high-tensile textile cords and an embedded steel wire helix, the 405LE is suitable for both suction and delivery applications. It is manufactured to FDA, 3-A and D.M. 21/03/73 requirements for food handling applications.
Suitable for constant operation from -30°C to +100°C. The hose can also be sterilised using steam at 130°C for up to 30 minutes or with a 5% soda solution.
Available in bore sizes from 19mm to 102mm with a working pressure of 10 bar across the range.
