The JCS Hi-Torque heavy duty worm drive hose clamp is designed for demanding applications where higher sealing pressures and maximum reliability are required. Suitable for use on tough and wire reinforced hoses, this clamp delivers exceptional clamping force while maintaining a compact and easy-to-install design. Also commonly used as a heavy duty alternative to standard jubilee clips, the Hi-Torque range provides superior performance in high pressure systems.
The W4 version is manufactured entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and durability in industrial and outdoor environments. Featuring a unique straight line housing design, every thread of the screw is fully engaged with the band, delivering significantly higher strength than standard worm drive clamps. With Lloyd’s Register Type Approval and NATO approval, this clamp is trusted for critical applications including marine and industrial systems.
