The Master-PUR L Trivolution is a lightweight, extremely flexible polyurethane suction and delivery hose designed for applications where ease of handling and manoeuvrability are priorities. The thin wall construction of approximately 0.7mm between spirals gives it superior flexibility compared to the H and HX variants, making it ideal for mobile equipment and installations requiring frequent repositioning.
The polyester polyurethane wall is permanently antistatic and microbe-resistant, with a surface resistance of less than 10⁹ Ohm measured to DIN EN ISO 8031. More abrasion resistant than standard polyurethane. Flame retardant to DIN 4102 B1. Complies with DIN 26057 Type II and meets TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34 EU requirements. Halogen-free and plasticiser-free with good resistance to UV, oil, ozone, and chemicals. Transparent construction allows visual inspection of material flow.
Operating temperature range of -40°C to +90°C with short-term peaks to +125°C. Available in bore sizes from 25mm to 203mm. Supplied in standard lengths of 5m, 10m, 15m, 20m, and 25m. Select your bore size and length using the options above.
