The Master-PUR HX Trivolution is a heavy-duty polyurethane suction and delivery hose with specific reinforcement underneath the spiral, making it highly abrasion resistant and vacuum proof. The thicker wall construction of approximately 2.0mm between spirals and the sub-spiral reinforcement make it the most robust of the Masterflex PUR range, suited to the most demanding woodworking and industrial conveying applications.
The polyester polyurethane wall is permanently antistatic and microbe-resistant, with a surface resistance of less than 10⁹ Ohm measured to DIN EN ISO 8031. Flame retardant to DIN 4102 B1. Complies with DIN 26057 Type IV and meets TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34 EU requirements. Halogen-free and plasticiser-free. Transparent construction allows visual inspection of material flow.
Operating temperature range of -40°C to +90°C with short-term peaks to +125°C. Available in bore sizes from 32mm to 203mm. Supplied in standard lengths of 2.5m, 5m, 7.5m, 10m, 15m, and 20m. Select your bore size and length using the options above.
