The Hilcoflex is a heavy-duty rubber-covered multipurpose layflat hose built for the most demanding water transfer, agricultural, and industrial applications. The smooth inner tube minimises friction loss, while the high-grade NBR/PVC ribbed cover provides excellent abrasion resistance, an important feature when the hose is being dragged across rough ground or construction sites.
Reinforced with a high-tenacity polyester warp and polyamide/polyester weft construction, delivering high tensile strength throughout. Rated to 16 bar working pressure for smaller bore sizes, with a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to +80°C.
Suitable for construction sites, agriculture, mining, water transfer, compressed air, irrigation, lightweight sewer cleaning, and cable cover protection. Available in bore sizes from 52mm to 203mm in 100m coils. Select your bore size using the options above.
