The Auto SS is a high-performance stainless steel overbraided fuel hose built for demanding automotive applications, including rally cars, race vehicles, and high-output performance engines where standard fuel hose is not sufficient.
The inner tube is manufactured from Nitrile rubber (NBR), a fuel-resistant compound proven in automotive use. The 304 stainless steel woven overbraid forms a robust outer layer, offering strong mechanical protection against cuts, abrasion, and the elevated temperatures generated by highly tuned engines. This construction makes the Auto SS a dependable choice where both fuel compatibility and physical durability are required.
Suitable for use with leaded and unleaded petrol, diesel, engine oil, commercial air, and some gases. Rated to 15 bar working pressure with a burst pressure of 60 bar, and an operating temperature range of -20°C to +80°C.
Available in five bore sizes from 6mm to 19mm, with imperial equivalents from 1/4" to 3/4". Supplied in 10m coils or cut to length per metre. Select your bore size and length using the options above.
