An RJT hygienic union manufactured to BS4825, designed for use in sanitary pipework systems across food processing, dairy, brewing, beverage, pharmaceutical, and hygienic fluid transfer applications.
RJT unions are widely used where regular dismantling is required for cleaning, inspection, or maintenance. The union assembly creates a secure hygienic connection while allowing quick disconnection when needed.
Each RJT union assembly is comprised of four parts:
- Hexagon Nut
- Weld Liner
- Male Weld
- Hygienic Seal
Manufactured primarily from 316 stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance and hygienic performance. RJT unions are commonly used in hygienic process systems handling liquids, CIP systems, and food-grade products.
