The Mikalor ASFA High Torque worm drive hose clamp is a heavy duty solution designed for applications requiring increased clamping force and reliable sealing performance. Featuring a 16mm band width and M8 screw, this clamp allows significantly higher torque to be applied compared to standard ASFA clamps, making it ideal for demanding industrial and automotive environments.
The W3 version is manufactured with a stainless steel band and housing, combined with a higher grade stainless steel screw, providing enhanced strength and corrosion resistance. Designed to deliver consistent performance under pressure, the reinforced housing ensures a secure hold, while the perfectly rounded and bevelled band edges protect the hose from damage during installation and use. Fully compliant with SAE J1508 Type HD standards, this clamp is built for reliability in more demanding applications.
