The Flamex B-F AE is a lightweight, food-approved polyurethane flexible hose manufactured from polyether polyurethane, complying with FDA 21 CFR § 177.2600 and 21 CFR § 178.2010 food regulations. Its microbe-resistant construction makes it suitable for use in chemical, food, and pharmaceutical environments as well as woodworking and dust extraction applications.
Film hose construction with a spring steel wire spiral. Compressible approximately 4:1 for compact storage and delivery. Extremely flexible with excellent tensile strength and tear resistance. Meets TRGS 727 and ATEX requirements, suitable for the aspirated delivery of flammable bulk materials when the wire spiral is earthed. ATEX assessment must be carried out by the operator.
Operating temperature range of -40°C to +90°C with short-term peaks to +125°C. Available in bore sizes from 75mm to 200mm. Contact us for length options and pricing.
