The Flamex B-F M is a medium duty, highly abrasion resistant PU suction and delivery hose built as a film hose with a plastic coated spring steel wire spiral. Its compressible construction allows it to be compressed approximately 4:1 for compact storage and delivery, deploying instantly when needed. Extremely flexible with excellent mechanical tensile strength and tear resistance.
The polyester polyurethane wall is halogen-free with good resistance to petrol, chemicals, oil, UV, and ozone. Meets TRGS 727 and ATEX requirements, and is suitable for the aspirated delivery of flammable bulk materials and dusts when the wire spiral is earthed. Also suitable for pneumatic conveyance of non-combustible bulk solids through Zone 1 when earthed. ATEX assessment must be carried out by the operator.
Operating temperature range of -40°C to +90°C with short-term peaks to +125°C. Available in bore sizes from 38mm to 203mm. Contact us for length options and pricing.
